Lancôme Paris is a renowned luxury cosmetics brand (now owned by L'Oréal), offering exquisite fragrances, skincare and makeup products worldwide.

Founded by French Armand Petitjean in 1935, the legend has it that it was named after Le Château de Lancosme, which he was exploring while on vacation. The logo of Lancôme Paris is a golden rose; a symbol of Petitjean’s love of roses... Some say the golden rose was inspired by the wild roses growing around the castle.

In 1935 first five perfumes (fragrances) by Lancôme Paris were launched, allegedly representing five continents of the world: Bocages, Conquete, Kypre, Tendre Nuit and Tropiques.

So far Lancôme Paris has launched more than 50 fragrances, some of them are: Hypnôse Senses, Magnifique, Hypnôse, Trésor, Miracle, Ô de Lancôme, Ô Oui!, Poéme, Attraction, Magie Noire…
